Bailout doubts has some seeking Plan B

Now that Congress has approved a $700 billion "rescue" for the economy, more doubts are arising over whether it will work.Some economists say the effort to have the Treasury to use the money to buy "distressed" or "toxic" mortgage-backed securities should be changed to get at the heart of the problem.
