Editorial about failure to extradite Venezuelan terrorist, chance of bail

Disclosing the Bush administration's politicization of EVERYTHING, Luis Posada Carriles, one of the Venezuelan terrorists who carried out the hijacking of a Cuban plane in 1976, might gain bail and possible house arrest, while many "suspected" terrorists (they're so threatening that they have been held and not charged for five years) are in Gitmo.
