Protectionist Crackdown

Tensions are heating up between the US and China, and Congress is looking to place the blame for our record trade deficit on them. To reduce our current account, rather than ceasing our reckless spending habits, Congress is looking to impose protectionist measures. Think Smoot-Hawley Act 2.
