This is the real jewel in the so called "immigration reform bill".It is designed to work hand in hand with REAL ID and the so called PATRIOT ACT.It is dangerous and needless as immigration laws already exist but are rarely if ever enforced.Mean while the borders still remain wide open almost 6 years after 9/11.What a fraud!
