Um... I think it's time to take a look back at the run-up to the War with Iraq. Same stuff, different middle eastern country. Would lying to the American public to get us into an unwinnable war be considered a high-crime or misdemeanor? To quote the U.S. Constitution, "Only Congress shall have the power to declare war."
