After much futzing with my XM radio and a few calls to Delphi it seems that XM is having some major satellite issues. Reportedly one of their satellites (”Rock” - “Roll” is fine) is not transmitting anything to XM’s network of over 800 ground repeaters. XM reports the service should be restored within two hours, or so.
