A man visiting his family in Minnesota decides to ride his bike to his family's house from the airport. He quickly gets pulled over by the cops where the situation gets completely blown out of proportion and leads to him being thrown to the ground, tasered and arrested for 8 hours with out any charges. So much for "protect and serve," eh?
