US States are selling transportation infrastructure to foreign companies

US States across the country are taking hold of a new plan called a PPP (Public-Private Partnerships) which essentially allow the states to lease toll roads, freeways, highways and other public property for billions of dollars. Foreign companies are taking advantage of this and have already acquired ownership of toll roads for more than 75 years.
