If the $700 billion dollars being proposed as a bailout to the subprime lenders were instead split between the adults in the US, it would give us all a real economic stimulus of over $3000, not this weak $600 bullcrap. Imagine how the markets would soar if everyone had an extra 3 grand to spend, heck, maybe people could PAY THEIR MORTGAGES!!!
