A Concerned Citizens Bailout Plan, Putting Taxpayers First

As a concerned, tax paying citizen, I believe we should have a voice in the upcoming distribution of over 700 billion of our precious resources (35% of all the tax dollars collected in 2006). Agreed that WE THE PEOPLE must have a say in this bailout.... as of this posting it is a done deal.
But what about a grass roots project to somehow force a revote on OUR BILL... not Wall Streets.
Have no idea if we can legally do anything (other than mass impeachment moves)to remove at least the "added on sweetners" of +$100 billion extra.
Would like to hear what others think.
