Jan 6th breaks new ground for conspiracy theories
We finally have a real conspiracy to grasp onto. It has real evidence backing it up. A president conspired with many of his followers and other government officials to overturn an election that he lost in.
When you think about it, this is the quintessential conspiracy theory. Not Flat Earth. Not 9/11. Not Bigfoot or the Loch Ness monster. Where’s the plain as day evidence for those theories? This would be like if we had thousands of people watch and record a UFO abducting people in the street. This would be like if Bigfoot walked through LA and tore some guy apart on the sidewalk before getting put down by 20 people with rifles. This would be like if we had multiple video recordings of Bush saying ”We planned 9/11”.
But that’s just not reality for those theories. They’re all fake as fuck and people just laugh at them. Conspiracy theorists were made into jokes by these theories being the most popular.
BUT now this is a time where conspiracy theorists are finally vindicated with a real conspiracy being true. We speculated that it would happen, it happened, and we got to see it live and with tons of other footage of it existing. Real arrests have been made. And the government thought they could get away with it.
How many of us are in this to listen to real evidence? How many of us are in this to feel special by speculating on shit that will never be true like Flat Earth? When will we ever see another conspiracy theory with as much evidence and documentation as this?

What they don’t want you to know about January 6th
The January 6th riot wasn’t the first time that Republicans turned to violence after an election.
It’s just the first time they were unsuccessful.
In the very tight 2000 Presidential Election (Bush vs. Gore), the election night tally in Florida favored Bush by a mere 1,784 votes. Many Florida voting machines were caught with glitches and irregularities, and the Gore Campaign successfully campaigned for a limited, court-ordered recount of counties that had irregularities.
In Miami-Dade County, the recount was limited to 10,750 votes ballots.
During the recount, hundreds of Republican staffers stormed the site of the recount. Rep John Sweeney (R) demanded, “You’ve got to stop them.”
Would the recount have flipped Florida (and hence the election) to Gore and the Democrats? We’ll never know. Even if Bush had won legitimately, the rioters were determined to make sure votes were not counted correctly.
As one rioter claimed, “We were trying to stop the recount; Bush had already won.”
Sound familiar?
Funny enough, Roger Stone took credit for managing the riot. Yes, the same Roger Stone that told President Trump that he should declare martial law via the Insurrection Act and confiscate ballots if it began to look like Trump was going to lose the 2020 Presidential Election.
Many of the rioters were Republican staffers and took jobs in the Bush administration, and the event went down in history known as the Brooks Brothers Riot.
In the words of George Lucas, “It’s like poetry; it rhymes.”
