If the premise that governments seed clouds and manipulate the weather then it also follows that governments have the abilities to control other phenomena that were once left to mother nature (i.e. earthquakes).
Isn't it ironic that as things were heating up in Taiwan due to a number of things like Pelosi's visit there, Biden wanting Taiwan to stope selling microchips to China, and China blocking Taiwanese waters, that a massive earthquake would strike Taiwan??
Nothing in geopolitics now a days happens by chance. There is a war happening right behind the veil they have around us. We just need to connect the dots. It's going to be interesting to see how the West reacts. Look out for a crazy storm where it rains for 30 days, or another subway fire (like the one in Russia a few years ago), or another "uprising" in Hong Kong.
