NEW: Florida Republicans passed a bill to allow the use of a toxic, radioactive fertilizer waste in road construction across the state. The EPA prohibits using the toxic waste because it poses an unacceptable risk to road construction workers, public health and the environment.

Mass Shootings in America

Mass shootings in America are not just a gun problem, it is a multi-faceted problem that pits several powerful lobbying groups against the American people. More the 50% of the mass shooters in America in the lasr 25 have been on mood stabilizing drugs, and even more had just stopped using their mood stabilizing drugs. So you have the big Pharma companies lobbyists lobbying to keep that fact from the American people and you have the NRA pushing guns on the American people. It is a one two punch against the American people. The other thing working against the American people it the massive cutback of access to mental health care for people who need it. It is now harder for people who need help to get it , and get it on a regular basis. All of these factors are working against the American people with regards to mass shootings.
