the USA will invade Iran in support (the largest war we've had since ww2)
China will see its chance and invade Taiwan (thinking the USA will be too busy to respond). (and remember, China is going through a truly massive depression right now, those in charge there will see this as their only way to hold on to power).
in its arrogance, the USA will also go to war with China.
afraid of being boxed in by a US occupation of its two closest allies (Iran and China), and feeling it already is at war with the US through Ukraine, Russia will come to the aid of Iran. (And before you call this unrealistic, remember that Russia is very paranoid about the West encroaching towards its borders, it only declared war on Ukraine after Ukraine announced it would join NATO after all).
