A former aide to Vice President Dick Cheney is briefing lawmakers on Pentagon plans for secret military intervention in Turkey. The same undersecretary of defense who smeared Hillary Clinton recently by accusing her of boosting enemy propaganda, Eric Edleman, informed members of Congress about the secret plans last week.
