Deputy Undersecretary of Defense Paul Brinkley, a former Silicon Valley executive who currently heads an economic task force in Baghdad, is being accused by Defense Department investigators of mismanaging government money, public drunkenness and sexual harassment, the Los Angeles Times reported Monday.
