DEA Steals Nearly $24,000 From Trucker

A self-reliant trucker who does not trust banks was carrying his life-savings with him in his truck. He agreed to a search by DEA agents who seized the money. Apparently, if you are carrying more than $10,000, the DEA assumes it's drug money. He now has to PROVE that the money is his to get his own money back. Guilty until proven innocent.
