There you have it. A bureaucrat not only over-riding the intent of the Secure Fence Act of 2006 (SFA) but is lying to us in the process. I mean what in the title of ‘Secure Fence’ is not understandable to Chertoff? Not only did he lie about the money for the fence but Chertoff also misconstrued the actual data on the fence.
