US troop MAY remain In Iraq Like They Have In South Korea for 50 Years

More than 38,000 U.S. troops are stationed in South Korea and along the demilitarized zone between North and South Korea more than 50 years after the end of the war on the Korean Peninsula. President Bush is looking at the decades-long U.S. troop presence in South Korea as a model for a future U.S. role in Iraq,senior administration officials said.
