The Negro League and later MLB pitcher Satchel Paige had a famous quote, "Don't Look Back." President Obama is using this philosophy in his presidency. On some level, he's correct, but by not punishing serious offenders (Bush, AIG) means no ramifications and the strong likelihood of having more messes later. We can have solutions and punishment.
