Trump taking credit for the vaccinations will ultimately fall back on him.
"The Covid death count is higher this year than 2020, before vaccines were available."
I just heard this on NPR and it clicked... I can see where this narrative may be heading. Especially with Trump encouraging vaccines and boosters, in an attempt to take all the credit.
But they will ultimately blame it all on him... he's the one who expedited these dangerous vaccines as it originated from his administration.
