9-11: War, Credit & The Federal Reserve.

Philosopher John Locke influenced ideals on which the US constitution was drafted yet Alistair Heath of The Spectator argues that it was in ignoring Locke that Alan Greenspan of the Fed Reserve set the US on track for the credit crunch back in 2001 in the wake of 9-11. The Fed has since done nothing to stop it. Make of that what you will.
