It Cheney's mouth is moving then he is lying. To add to that he also has never been correct in any of this pronouncements about the current war in Iraq where as in the first Iraq war he knew the cost of an invasionand occupation would not fly;. Cheney is by far the very worst VP in the history of our great country.
