Because we can always use a reminder: The Bill of Rights

This is what secure our right to free speech, our right to bear arms, our rights against unlawful searches and seizures. We need to look at this every once in a while to remember not only what our freedoms are, and what they entail, but why we must protect them. Without them, we have nothing.
