Expert: Both parties cooperate to keep administration crimes secret

Both parties, too happy to see impeachment off the table, are willing to allow 'state secret' claims to go uncontested. Arlen Specter and Ted Kennedy have proposed legislation to get judges to evaluate those claims, but the judges already have that power, and the legislation seems rather unlikely.
