The US Constitution is the first and last word on US law. We, the People, born free, sovereign, and beholden to no-one, ALLOW the state to exist, provided the state abides by the Constitution. If the state breaches this contract, we have no further obligation to recognize the states legitimacy, so the state AND its secrecy claims evaporate...
