The U.S. is helping to keep Iraq in total chaos without water, electricity, hospitals, schools, sewers, garbage pickup. There is no reconstruction happening, yet Bush and Congress keep borrowing money to send there and claiming things are great. So who is stealing the money and why are we being lied to?
