Albert Howard, presidential hopeful from Ann Arbor, is traveling to New Hampshire tonight to request a recount of the Republican vote in Tuesday’s primary. He paid $1,000 to be on the New Hampshire ballot as a Republican. A fee of $2,000 is required to start the recount process. Howard claimed, “I’ve got backers who will pay the costs.”
