Here is a plan that is worth a read. A stimulus plan that involves downsizing Congress - or perhaps I should say right-sizing Congress. I don't know who wrote this. It was forwarded to me in an e-mail message. Needless to say, I'm getting a lot o mail from people who are completely fed up with Washington. This is well worth the read. Enjoy!
