Price gouging or inflation?

I vaguely recall gas companies getting charged with profiteering after the towers fell on 9/11. State DAs claimed that the has stations raised prices to take advantage of the crisis and called it illegal.

I think giving us gas hikes 10% a day, instead of all at once, is an attempt to cover up profiteering as inflation.

Pfizer just filed Form 25 with the SEC. SEC Form 25 is for firms that wish to delist from a stock exchange.

Couple that with Moderna stock crashing. This hasn't even made any headlines yet... Maybe I am reading this wrong?? Thoughts?
