CME as cover for EMP

Now this is more of a fun thought exercise for future conflicts, but in theory what could be the likelihood that a coming CME could be used as cover for one nation to therein use an EMP to fully disable an opponents space satellites and assets- and blame it on the naturally occurring CME for plausible deniability? With the moderate CME arriving tonight and tomorrow, and the Russian-Ukraine conflict still ongoing, I often wonder how much nations and other actors use nature as a cover for military action.
