The United States of America, with the help of its Supreme Court, has broken every single treaty it signed with my tribe — EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.

Not a single person has yet volunteered to testify under oath to dispute Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony.

Be very clear — the people who bought the Supreme Court just got everything they paid for and more.

If Donald Trump wants to refute the veracity of Cassidy Hutchinson's testimony, he should do so on the record. Under oath.
SCOTUS this week: - Only states can regulate abortion - States can’t regulate firearms - The Environmental Protection Agency can’t protect the environment - States have power over Indian Country - Miranda rights aren’t *really* necessary What an unmitigated disaster.
If you are okay with having Muslim, Jewish and Hindu students sit through a Christian prayer in public school, and not okay with having Christian students sit through a Muslim, Jewish or Hindu prayer, then it’s NOT religious freedom- it’s religious oppression.

Today SCOTUS will decide that companies cannot be bogged down by such trivial concerns as making sure they don’t poison our food, air, and water; so there’s no need to have any regulation in place for them to be required to adhere to. This court is basically the legion of doom.
Just to be clear, the cabinet members resigning the day after January 6th confirm Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony that Trump was out of his mind. They didn’t resign out of love for their country. They didn’t want there to be enough members to invoke the 25th amendment.

In one term the trump Supreme Court overturned Roe, gutted the EPA and told New York they can’t really regulate guns.

It’s not “the Secret Service” denying any part of Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony, like right wing media says. It is Trump loyalist Tony Anato who is supposedly denying part of her testimony. According to an anonymous source. And that is all they have to try and discredit her.

The Supreme Court just nuked federal agencies and no one’s talking about it.

The Supreme Court just ruled the EPA does not have the right to regulate C02 emissions. The majority opinion (6-3) essentially said congress has never passed a law explicitly stating the EPA has those powers.

But this extends FAR beyond the EPA. This now means that any federal agencies which acts outside of what is specifically stated in law verbatim is able to be challenged and likely overruled just in the same way it was earlier ruled that the CDC could not issue eviction bans. The last two years have seen increasingly bizarre power grabs by federal agencies which may finally come to an end.

With that being said I didn’t post this to discuss C02 but just what this means for federal agencies going forward. It could be the end of the parasite class trying to use the CDC, FDA, ATF, and FBI to push their garbage agenda down our throats.
