What?! So following the invasion of Iraq, our leaders decided it wasn’t critical to record the serial numbers of the weapons provided to Iraqi security forces…the same forces which have ties to sectarian and insurgent groups, a propensity for corruption, and numerous defections. This could clearly endanger American soldiers and it is inexcusable.
