A recent poll of Iraqis found that they know their oil wealth could provide a decent standard of living for all of them, but the the Bush-backed Oil Theft Law that gives up to 80% of Iraq's oil income to big oil companies is not the best way to do that. They also say they don't have enough info about oil law. Nice way to teach democracy.
