Bush adviser says waterboarding 'is legal,' won't say if it's used

"The fact is that those who have been briefed on the program ... have said that it is legal," Ed Gillespie said on CNN Wednesday referring to interrogation techniques including waterboarding. The chair of the Intel committee has said that's not true, the administration hasn't briefed lawmakers on its tactics not turned over all of its documents.
