Diebold Goes Down - No Paper Ballot - SC Voters Turned Away

Voters across South Carolina faced several obstacles Saturday en route to casting ballots in the state's Republican primary. One county along the coast reported that some electronic voting machines malfunctioned and voters were tuned away.
