This is no mistake, KLAS 13 thinks they can get away with giving McCain 2nd because the percentages was so close. Up until the last 5% of the precincts reported, McCain and Paul both were at 13% with Paul having a small advantage in the actual numbers. But in the last minutes Paul moved to 14% versus McCain’s 13% clearly giving Ron Paul 2nd.
