Republican governors from Alaska, Mississippi, South Carolina, Texas, and Louisiana have said publicly that they're considering accepting no stimulus cash on behalf of their states, regardless of whether or not their citizens need it. This could play out a couple different ways, but none of them look good for the GOP.
