Employees who had their cameras on during virtual meetings experienced greater fatigue and, in turn, reduced performance during meetings. This was especially true for women and newer employees, suggesting that a heightened need for self-presentation may be the cause of this fatigue.

Jaw has hit the ground.. Oregon coast hit with 24 Earthquakes over 4.0 in scale in 24 hours. This is not good.

UPDATE: In the last hour alone since I've posted this, and as of 11pm Pacific time, we have had an additional FOUR 5.5 sized earthquakes leading us to over 30 earthquakes all over 4.0 in the last 24 hours. Wow. Just wow.

Biggest conspiracy theories of my time are… 1) Pentagon 9/11 - 80 CCTV cameras, no footage 20 years later…2) Building 7 - collapsed at the speed of gravity in its own footprint like every controlled demolition ever, due to “minor office fires”.
