The controlled demolition of the USD

I was reading Klaus Schwabs COVID-19: The Great Reset and he was talking about what makes the US Dollar the the premium global currency.

US currency and bonds are held by many many foreign countries and is considered a reliable and liquid asset. Everyone agrees to trust it.
American will responsibly issue and use USD to not only protect the interests of Americans but those holding the currency and debts outside US
American has taken on the mantle of world police so everyone is willing to pay the premium of the USD knowing the US will ‘keep the peace’
China manipulates it’s currency to benefit China to much so it loses ‘faith’.
Euro is tied to the EU staying strong and there are to many counties that can bring the whole house down (ie Italy debt)

Here is the concern.

US massive defense budget and spending is almost over kill on point 3(world police) and hurts point 2(Frugal US Spending) more then helps
The recent Infrastructure bill is way to much spending. It’s almost a deliberate effort to message that we are not being good with our money
The Ukrainian crisis is really testing our commitment to 3 (world police) we fight Russia and keep our ‘police job’ or don’t participate in World War III and China take over the world and economy. Loss to war or cowardice (always loss)
The COVID bail out was probably enough to destroy the USD and all this other stuff is just ‘ahh fuck it, it’s doom anyway’ behavior.

I feel like a lot of this is all part of a controlled demolition of the USD and the power structures are just building exit strategies and means to maintain power through the inevitable collapse.

Note: One thing that always bothered me about this ‘reset’ is that the same people that ran this economic structure into the ground are the ones that say they have the solution and the idea that everything becomes a ‘service’ and there is not money is all based on them still owning and operating these services? Like the billionaires and finance people don’t give up their assets and ownership? We all are equal except for the people behind the curtain?

And finally on the ‘rest’; all this transition pain and loss a ‘reset’ would create for everyone but an elite class, doesn’t this only benefit them over a full on economic collapse and recovery from scratch? I mean, it would be a hard 5-10-15 years but we as people would rebuild and with all the science, industry, and tech knowledge(assuming, we can keep some degree of data archives) Or we just do this reset and suffer a little less (and keep our iPhones) for another 100 years, while losing all freedom, perpetuate the imbalance that got us here, and support a ruling class that has failed us on almost every level.

I’m confused. Why is this even a consideration? I understand that people want to be left alone and a degree of comfort and complacency is all you need but this path has all that disappearing.

Boiling frog? Really good propaganda? Ability to prevent people from forming organized resistance to the plan? Behavioral science and data analytics outsmarting individual will and desire for freedom?

It all seems to be going as planned and acceptable levels of resistance is managed. There is a predictable increase in resistance as freedoms are taken but they are managed because the ‘guns are already taken’ the ‘tracking systems already provide tools for monitoring and silencing dissent’

I am honestly starting to feel like the plan is working fine, it’s all with in nominal predictions.

the dancing, hand waving, and creating division among the slaves is working amazingly well.

The use of ever increasing brazen and uncontested totalitarian and tyrannical tactics is just proof that it’s working and they know it.
