Our very own SEC chairman has stated that 90-95% of retail trades are on the dark market! What’s that? The dark market is trades that happen with no direct price movements on the lit (public) exchange. Who has access? The 1% through their hedge funds and banks.
Why does this matter? They play with YOUR pensions and YOUR retirement. If they lose it, YOU pay the FED bill with your taxes! The prices on NYSE are manipulated in the dark market. For example Tesla is fake high and GameStop is fake low! When you buy a stock, it is not in your name, it’s just an IOU. Ask yourself, why did the “free market” turn off the buy button? Only way to own the stock is to direct register the stock in your name.
