Regulators should intervene in bankers' pay

In a follow-up to his article about the structural flaws in the banking system, Martin Wolf points out bankers' compensation (specifically, the yearly bonus system) as providing a large incentive to taking high risks. He argues that changing this system could get rid of a conflict of interest, but that official regulators must make the change.
