Morgan Stanley Wants Out From Under TARP

CFO said bank will repay $10B loan as soon as possible. Speaking at a conference in Florida, financial firm Morgan Stanley said it hopes to repay the $10.0 billion loan it received under the U.S. Treasury’s Troubled Asset Relief Program, the government’s $700.0 billion bailout fund, as soon as possible.
