Today, the US Capitol Visitors Center ( CVC) opened. Initially budgeted, in the early 1990's, at $ 71 Million; the CVC has become a prime example of out of control government spending and mismanagement. The project final cost is $621 Million and it was completed 3 years behind schedule. This is an outrage.
