The problem with time travel.

The problem is not so much with time travel itself, because it should be achievable, but with your position in the universe. If you go forward or backward in time, you loose you position on the earth , you will end up in space where the earth was when you started. To achieve time travel you will also need spatial travel to where the earth is at your new time. This has not been mentioned, and is the elephant in the room concerning time travel.
