I found the public IP address of a Tor website and IP addresses for sellers which points to Goldman Sachs, US Treasury and more. Bankers editing account balance, selling insider stock info, and more services covertly offered by Wall Street on a darknet market.
Tor is a web browser that allows access to what is called the "darkweb" which is supposed to allow anonymity. A lot of questionable services and products are sold there. The Tor browser isn't bullet proof, however. I was able to find the public IP address of a market with php and mysql, and some leaked IP addresses due to a bad storage link that temporarily disables the onion layering of IP during file upload and logs it.

I made test accounts on the Tor onion link and confirmed they can be logged into from the IP address, meaning the IP is definitely the host for the onion website. I mapped out the leaked IP addresses of vendors who uploaded products:
Supplier activity
There is a lot of activity surrounding Wall Street and the Stock Exchanges. More noticeable activity from Goldman Sachs headquarters, and some activity from the US Treasury Department in Manhattan.
The products being advertized and sold by these IP addresses include:
Insider trading information
Bank account balance hacking tools
Stock broker hacking tools
Bank transfer doubling on backend
The IP addresses of the vendors are as follows:
204.4.142.188 coming from Goldman Sachs NYC (selling stock manipulation services)
206.200.193.64 coming from NASDAQ, Wall Street, NYC (selling insider info)
162.69.164.0 coming to NYC by way of Atlanta from stock market regulator
224.0.59.255 coming from Wall Street private laptop (selling bank hacking tools)
159.125.77.0 coming from intercontinental exchange (selling forex hacking tools)
233.75.215.122 coming from NYC World Trade Center (selling unknown, files encrypted)
The IP addresses are confirmed but I wouldn't mind extra pair of eyes looking further into it. This is an actual, functioning example of Wall Street corruption. It MAY also be rogue employees selling these services on the side. Either way, this is a huge find and needs to be public. Please share and contribute.

The Satanic Temple plans to use the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) to ensure its members can still perform religious abortion rituals with Mifepristone and Misoprostol, even in states that completely ban abortion access. They will also possibly open religious abortion facilities.
The news that Roe v Wade will likely be overturned is extremely distressing. The Satanic Temple (TST) has nevertheless positioned itself to protect religious abortion access for our members.
In States that continue to provide abortion services, we will continue to take steps, including legal action, to ensure our members do not have to endure hindrances to immediate access. That includes waiting periods and unnecessary medical procedures. In addition, we will continue to demand that states do not require medical practitioners to withhold medical information or that patients are not forced to bury or cremate fetal remains. Lastly, in states that require mandatory abortion counseling documents, we are providing our own counseling, which we are demanding be recognized by states as a valid alternative.
In states that outlaw abortion but grant exceptions for instances of incest and rape, then consistent with the Supreme Court's ruling in Fulton v. City of Philadelphia, TST members should be permitted a religious exception to perform TST’s religious abortion ritual. States that outlaw abortion and do not grant exceptions present more significant challenges, but TST has a number of plans that we will be undertaking quite soon. First, we will be suing the FDA to permit TST access to Mifepristone and Misoprostol for use under medical supervision as part of our religious abortion ritual. This request is being made under Federal RFRA. Unfettered access to these drugs would be a considerable step toward enabling TST to perform our abortion ritual without government interference. Again, the law is clearly on our side, but we are gearing up for a legal battle.
Lastly, TST is researching the possibility of creating religious abortion facilities. We will provide more information about this plan as it develops.
